The AC dos not work and it was over 90 degrees in the room on the 4th floor with long 4 Flights of stairs with our heavy luggage from Canada and the elevator coin machine was broken . There was no hot water Noisy dirty area with no restaurants around and un sage environment

Soggiorno sconsigliatissimo circa la struttura fatiscente ,ingresso degradato con bidoni di spazzatura all' entrata,servizio inesistente ,con ascensore non compreso nel prezzo prestabilito ,prestazioni e servizi non coerenti con la descrizione,in altri termini : biancheria strappata ,usurata , pavimenti non a norma con gradini di accesso alle finestre a rischio infortunio ,infissi non isolanti , né tantomeno utilizzabili ,una finestra evidentemente guasta non si apriva ,senza privacy poiché le finestre sono risultate prive anche di tende, riscaldamento e condizionatore non funzionante perciò stanzetta fredda e inospitale,sporca .il bagno senza supporti e con acqua calda alternata .Direi che il prezzo non è adeguato totalmente all' offerta...Non c' è modo di allegare foto documento

Excellent accueil malgré la barrière de la langue. Situé au coeur de Naples, la chambre fait profiter de l'ambiance singulière et agitée. Mieux vaut prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour les personnes sensibles au bruit.

très très déçu par ce choix j’ai réservé avec le petit déjeuner mais à la arrivée on nous annonce qu’il n’y en a pas donc on a dû payer en plus pr le prendre à l’extérieur lit très inconfortable (on sentait les ressorts du matelas) évier bouché, il a fallu réclamer du papier toilettes et du savon shampooing environnement extrêmement bruyant heureusement la climatisation fonctionnait

The room was very central very noisy at night Breakfast was not available as stated they left some buscits and jam The kettle was full of lime scsle The room smelled of sewer as thr drsinds did not work properly the water stsyed in the shower and sink The room was not cleaned in 3 days The shower head broke the first day and never replaced It was up 3 flights of stsirs snd the elevstor cist 20 cents a time

Das B&B Rosaroll ist sehr nett. Die Zimmer und dazugehörenden Sanitärbereiche unterschiedlichst gestaltet, hübsch! In unserem Zimmer mit Flusskieseln im Duschbereich, durch das etwas schwierigere Material, (nicht so leicht zu reinigen)Schimmelbildung. Ein Gemeinschaftsbereich mit kleiner Küche und Ausrüstung steht zur Verfügung- super! Jedes Zimmer hat einen Minibalkon und Klimaanlage. Der Flat-tv bringt sehr viele, jedoch nur italienische Programme. Die Gastgeberin Chiara ist sehr nett und gibt gute Tipps.

Naples

The area of the city is run down a lot of graffiti everywhere. The people arenot friendly and the cab drivers will rip you off be careful of the cab drivers that stop the cab 2 blocks away from your Hotel and want you to leave your luggage and he will walk you there. Take YOUR LUGGAGE or it will be GONE. The room is small and the A/C does not work and if you leave the window open the street noise is very loud. The people at ghe hotel were nice . They use whats app so get the app before going.
