This was frankly the worst experience of any accomodatuon I booked on Expedia. The bed was worn out and springs sticking into my back. Therr was no notice outside that I was at the right place and only the kindness of a neighbour allowed me into the courtyard. The room is up on the third floor and very difficult to access with luggage. The location is Inaccessible by taxi and I had to walk 200 metres to get to rhe locked front door. Expedia needs to think before listing such dreadful places.

Avevo prenotato presso questo b e b. Il giorno del mio arrivo a Napoli il proprietario mi chiama dicendomi che la camera non è disponibile perché “allagata”. Mi sono ritrovata a girovagare per tutta Napoli con le valigie dietro alla ricerca di un altro alloggio, ovviamente per quella sera erano già tutti al completo. Inoltre avevo già pagato tutto anticipatamente e alla mia richiesta per avere indietro i soldi il carissimo signore mi disse che avrebbe fatto un bonifico. Bonifico mai ricevuto. Lo sconsiglio fortemente. Zero professionalità.

This property cancelled my reservation 30 min before arrival, and after i had completed all the steps they required to do the check-in. I was left in the airport with no where to go, so I was obligated to accept the alternative Bed&Breakfast they has "booked" for me, but for double the price and I still haven't received the refund. A total scam.

De accommodatie was erg schoon en het contact met de eigenaar is was super. We kregen informatie over Napels zelf en hij reageerde direct. De douche kop was helaas stuk waardoor het douchten lastiger werd en het ontbijt was niet veel soeps. (Maar voor dit bedrag kan je dat ook niet verwachten)

Es gibt keine 24 Stunden Rezeption, man muss sich mit dem Besitzer eine Uhrzeit ausmachen. Quartier gleich bei der u Bahn Piazza Cavour und mitten in der Altstadt. Name der Unterkunft steht nicht unten an der Tür, im 3. Stock. Zimmer ruhig und hofseitig. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Frühstück ist ein verpacktes Croissant. Am 2. Tag gab es nichtmal das. Besitzer nett und bemüht, konnte Zimmer bis mittags behalten.

Una vez aceptada y paga la reserva, al momento de llegar (22:00 hs) nos avisa que el lugar por el cual pagamos estaba ocupado y que tendríamos que alojarnos en un hostal ubicado a unos 150 metros. Que nada tenía que ver con la calidad del hospedaje reservado. Además nos indica el lugar de desayuno a unos 450 metros en donde no nos reconocieron nada.

L'appartamento è posto al terzo piano di uno stabile senza ascensore con gradini ripidi, in un vicolo che a vederlo sembrerebbe abbastanza degradato. Ma in realtà siamo in pieno centro a cinque minuti da Tribunali, al duomo e a spaccanapoli. Insomma si entra subito nel vivo di questa storica città che dà tantissimo. La stanza con due letti singoli,, pulita e con balconcino, è abbastanza spaziosa e comprende anche un armadio e un tavolino per la colazione (confezionata). Il bagno in condivisione, pulito. L'angolo cucina grazioso e funzionale. Peccato essersi ritrovati la mattina senza capsule per il caffè, ma non ci siamo preoccupati di chiedere che, insomma, a Napoli, scendi e te lo bevi buono al bar!
