Bra hotell till lågt pris

Litet hotell med endast 4 rum. Rummen helt OK med bra badrum, TV med väldigt många kanaler men endast Italienska, kylskåp och kaffekokare. Ingen frukost på hotellet men fanns att köpa i närområdet. Trevlig värdinna som förmodligen bodde i huset. Mycket diskret entré från innergården som var bevakad dygnet runt av en man i liten vaktkur. Bred (ca 3m) gammal stentrappa till 2:a våningen, liten hiss fanns dock med trånga passage, mycket smal trappa till 3:e vån där rum 1 och 2 finnes. Rum 3 på 2:a vån har fin stor uteplats med möbler.

we fell in love wirh bella napoli

palazzo satriano is situated in the most beautiful part of napoli. our host daniella was absolutely lovely, helpful an gave us the best advices whre to go, what to see and where we find the best neapolitan food. thank you so much for your hospitality! the room was stylish, spacy and cosy. right out of palazzo satriano is a great café/bar to have breakfast and cappuccino with a view to the sea and palmtrees.

Excellent room. Near everything, water, shopping, restaurants, great view from balcony. Host was great. Definitely confirm when you will check in. Language is a problem. I visited from United States and almost no one spoke English.

No Customer Service or Breakfast!

This is not a hotel or a bed and breakfast. You're essentially being rented a room in an old building. The property is unmarked from the outside and then accessible via several flights of stairs. The elevator only takes you part of the way up. I checked in at 2 pm but no one was at the front desk and the door to the office was locked. Only when I called did a woman emerge from the locked office reeking of cigarette smoke. She spoke 0 English, be warned. I was then shown my room at the top of a narrow, poorly lit spiral staircase that is again inaccessible by elevator. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. However, toiletries were not stocked and the phone number left in the room to call with issues led me to a man who was no longer with the property. When I checked out this AM, again, no one answered my knocks at the office door, so it's unclear if I ever really checked out. Don't stay here unless you're a local, who speaks Italian and has extremely light luggage and will have 0 reason to communicate with the B&B staff. Also, there's no breakfast, so the name is a misnomer. Worst property of my stay in Italy!

Clean, quite room and amazing host!

Everything was amazing! The room was perfect, very clean, spacious and with everything we needed. Beautiful private patio outside and very quiet (off-street) so no noise at night. Our guest was extremely helpful, he recommended a great place to eat and was a phone call away for any question or recommendation. Very good neighbourhood too! Definitely recommended.

B&B located inside a very grand building right on Piazza Vittoria. Two blocks from a number of garages for convenient parking. The room was lovely - even better than the photos. Great character/decor, modern finishes. Marco and Daniella are very friendly and helpful - we had a great time!

cose essenziali: buona l'ubicazione, vicino la via Chiaia personale gentile e disponibilissimo bella camera, noi abbiamo preso una quadrupla ed era molto spaziosa PULITA gli animali sono ammessi e molto graditi non c'è la colazione, ma la camera dispone di bollitore e quanto per poter fare un buon tè o una camomilla. ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Il comfort in un palazzo d’epoca

Ottima accoglienza, arrivati fuori orario ma il Sig. Marco ci ha aspettati senza nessun problema, anzi ci ha intrattenuto con molte informazioni riguardo ai musei, siti storici e ristoranti di questa città unica, troppe volte preda di pregiudizi. Due giorni stupendi su e giù per la città.

gutes hotel mit speziellem charm

das hotel ist an super lage. man kommt schnell zum hafen. bus oder taxi direkt beim hotel, hat in der nähe möglichkeiten zum shopen und essen. vom wirklichen leben der bevölkerung ist hier nicht gross etwas zu spüren. zum zimmer: das zimmer hat einen speziellen charm der uns sehr gut gefallen hat. mit dem charm alleine ist es aber nicht getan. damit sie wissen, warum ich so kritisch über den zustand des zimmers schreibe: ich stelle in der schweiz möbel höchster qualität her und die details sind sehr wichtig. leider entspricht die qualität des zimmers nicht meinen vorstellungen. die sockelleisten sind schlecht befestigt, in den ecken nicht fertig eingepasst. in der dusche sind die ecken schlecht abgedichtet und sehr schmutzig, nicht sehr einladend zum duschen. die abdichtung von der dusche zum badzimmer ist undicht. das wasser läuft von der dusche ins badzimmer. es fehlen auch überall kittfugen wie auch beim fenster um den ramen. der äussere bettramen musste ich auseinanderbauen weil er schon fasst auseinander gefallen ist da die schrauben lose waren. da wurde nachgebessert. ich könnte noch viel mehr aufzählen aber so will ich nicht sein. ich weiss schon, dass meine qualitätsansprüche sehr hoch sind. aber insgesammt hat mir das zimmer sehr gut gefallen und kann über diese mängel für diese zeit hinwegg sehen. es wäre schön, wenn allgemein die zimmer in einen besseren zustand gebracht werden auch für andere gäste.
