We stayed for 4 nights on a sight seeing trip with friends . Casa Latina was our base , on booking it said B&B but this was not the case . Casa Latina has four bedrooms and we rented three of them . You must provide your own breakfast and the kitchen area is small so if you are there when there are other residents you must take it in turns to use the kitchen. It is on the third floor with very steep stairs to climb so not good for people with mobility issues. The accommodation is however right in the heart of Old Naples and not far from the airport. The port is about 15/20 mins walk away where you can catch the ferry to Capri or take tours to the Amalfi coast . We also hired a taxi (people carrier) to take is to Pompeii and Sorrento . Our local taxi driver - Mario was friendly and spoke good English, giving us lots of information and tips about where to visit.

Fantastic location, lovely rooms perfect for what we wanted, name of the guest house outside the property would help for when you arrive. Overall great place to stay.

Good - location . AC in room . Good shower and comfortable bed . Average - tap in kitchen sink did not work so it was constantly full of food debris. House keeping was constantly smoking and the owners did not respond to our 1 am text to complain about the noise from other guests . I think I would have given it a higher rating if this had been addressed . Could not find light switch on stairwell - very dangerous at night with jet lag . (Going down )

Great hotel! Just arrange check in ahead of time
This hotel is wonderful and the host is very friendly and welcoming. Very cozy rooms and balcony. We had a small issue with our check in but it was quickly resolved thanks to the amazing host. We arrived to the hotel only past midnight and didn't know that in Naples, most of small hotels don't have a concierge or any staff living in the building. So we didn't know that there would be no one who'd be able to check us in immediately. However we got lucky that our neighboor wasn't asleep and gave us the number of the host so we called and messaged him on WhatsApp and once he saw that we tried to reach him multiple times, he came in to check us in within 15 minutes. We recommend this place to couples and families! Just remember to arrange your check in ahead of your arrival.

Andriano was very helpful with getting us settled. The location was great for us. Easy to walk to many places. There are MANY steps up to the apartment. Andriano helped with the bags upon arrival. We were in a room upstairs and the wifi did not work in our room. It also would be nice to have some bedside reading lamps available. And more of an explanation of how everything worked in the kitchen as the guests are in charge of making their own breakfast.

Many thanks for coming to our guest house the informations about how the kitchen works are close the kitchen hob, strangely you didn't pay attention About the wifi, you have a specific repeater in the studio, you had to connect your devices with it we wish to welcome again.

I didn't like that once your arrive they let know that you have to make your own food and they didn't have the proper utensils or pans for cooking. Also it was difficult to adjust the shower didn't have warm water. There no is television in the room.

Hi Naomi many thanks for coming even if when you made the reservation you didn't pay attention. When you arrived you thought that you booked the whole apartment instead of 1 room. The breakfast is food available all day, also to prepare a snack in the afternoon,because we want the tourists feel at home We have decided don't have television because we the calm in the apartment and that the people meet other and talk by they each other. Nice B&B in the center
Our flight landed about 2230 and the staff waited for us until we arrived. The room was great! Had enough room for us and our 7 month old. Well decorated room and it also had our own AC unit. On the day we checked out, we were able to leave our bags there meanwhile we continued to sightsee before our flight. Great price, great location, great staff. Also, try the pizza place right down the street!

Good facilities and very nice staff.
We found the B & B to be ideal for our needs, it was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were most kind and helpful. The location was also good, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Some people might find the number of stairs leading up to the accommodation a little difficult, as there were approximately 31 steps, but this was not a problem for us, nor for any of the other guests. The kitchen facilities were excellent and very clean and nice. The bed was also very comfortable, and bathroom very clean and nice. We would be happy to stay there again.

Hot water ran out and we had to take a cold water shower. The water pressure so bad that only the "shower telephone handle" was the only one that worked. The internet was so poor that we almost could make an online reservation through expedia.

Hi Ernesto when you are in old buildings in the cetro storico (protected by UNESCO) it can uppen anyway, the water company has changed the system. We changed the router internet It's a pity that you didn't say to us anything about these, and to discover them just from the review. We were able to solve the problems. Hope you enjoyed Naples. Nice B&B close to the sights
Very nice place to stay close to the sights. The hotel is unmarked and the alley is a little gritty from the outside. Unfortunately, our phones didn't work when we tried to call the recommended taxi from the train station. I would definitely call them, as we had a hard time finding the place and it is a long walk from the train station, even with light bags. Ask the TI in the station to cal them, if you have to. Once inside, there are narrow stairs up to the first floor. The inside was very nice. We had some very nice people stay in in the other rooms. It is a self service breakfast, with eggs, bread for toast, cereal, milk, juice, jam, butter available. I liked it because I could make whatever I wanted, and there wasn't any waste. There is a microwave and cooking range if you choose to eat in. Our room had no tv or refrigerator. The bed was a bit hard (more like a futon), but it was fine for us. The shower stall is very narrow. If you have broad shoulders, I don't think you could shower in that stall and it had a solid door, not a shower curtain. For my mom and I, who are on the short side, it was just fine. It is very close walking distance to the sites in the historic district. The owner was nice, and gave us some suggestions of what to see and where to eat. They do not live there, so we didn't see anyone after our first meeting with them, but there is a number to call if you have questions or a problem. Would stay here again if in Naples.

Good stay
My friends and I stayed at the B&B and were nicely greeted by the attendant who explained the details of our stay. The room was clean and well equipped with four beds. The only downside was that we could hear the neighbors all night.

Everything was great! Great for a family or for couples. The place made our trip more beautiful. It is in the city center so you can reach everywhere easily. The rooms are clean and well-decorated. There is a beautiful kitchen and a nice balcony. You can eat one of the city's best pizzas by walking for only 2 minutes and enjoy the city whenever you want! I'll go to Naples and stay again here!

Ottima posizione , a due passi da piazza San severo a San Gregorio Armeno. La struttura fatiscente da fuori ma all’interno accogliente ! La camera spaziosa , ma molto calda. Il condizionatore posizionato difronte al letto ci ha dato fastidio. Non è stato possibile avere un cuscino in più perché, secondo la signora delle pulizie il numero dei cuscini è contato . Questo non mi è piaciuto ! Non cercate la tranquillità perché casa Latina si trova in una strada piccola ma transitata !! Per tre giorni va bene !

Salvelei richiede servizi che offre un hotel da 4 stelle in su, cioè un campionario di cuscini con altezze diverse (come ci chiese) ma al prezzo di un b&bper il condizionatore non abbiamo mai avuto questa segnalazione, probabilmente poichè, se si sa usare il condizionatore si direzionano le alette verso l'esternola finestra ha i triplo vetro camera, ma voi volevate dormire con la finestra apertapurtroppo nel centro storico non ci sono i galli come gradevole sveglia se uno dorme con la finestra aperta

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorab etwas holprig. Erst hat er proaktiv gefragt, wann wir die Unterkunft erreichen, dann ließ er uns am vereinbarten Zeitpunkt warten. Das macht im noch unbekannten, stressigen Neapel nicht so viel Spaß. Unser Schlafzimmer hatte ein voll ausgestattetes, modernes Duschbad en-suite, Küche und Terrasse wurden mit anderen Urlauber*innen geteilt. Da war gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme angesagt. Die Unterkunft ist etwas versteckt, aber sehr zentral und war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und gemütlich.

Hi Maria we are sorry you are not satisfied, but as we told you - the wifi worked and work very well, all guests used their devices, and surely the problem was in your device, for a security filter - the heating worked and we saw that the radiator in your room was closed, it was enough just to turn ON and we told you at the phone. - the matres is very new in memory foam (the best bed is at home, obviously) - because of the anticovid low you cannot use the kitchen and the fridge, not because of our decision, it's for you security, they are shared and they could spread the virus - we are sorry that we don't have the tastes in the design, we are architects and our bb is appreciate and published on many travel books best regards

Logement très bien situé au cœur du centre ville. Déco soignée, très jolie chambre. Cependant, il s’agit plus d’un « bed » qu’un « bed & breakfast » : pas de petit déjeuner et la cuisine prévue à cet effet est condamnée pour « cause de Covid ». Globalement donc, il s’agit d’une simple chambre, sans service spécifique. En effet, sur la semaine passée, aucun passage des femmes de ménage, le lit n’a jamais été refait non plus. Enfin, odeur de canalisation persistante dans la salle de bain, tâches dans la douche / tâches d’humidité au plafond de la chambre. Mauvaise isolation entre les chambres (on entends les voisins se laver les dents) et, du fait de la localisation, beaucoup de bruits extérieurs (Klaxons au milieu de la nuit sous vos fenêtres…)

Struttura nel pieno centro storico a due passi dalla famosa "Spacca Napoli" e non solo, insomma la bella e cruda quotidianità napoletana, ed il suo fascino. Camera semplice ma ben organizzata, in un contesto moderno ed un bellissimo terrazzino con vista nel vicolo.. Staff, disponibile innanzitutto e molto cordiale, sono stati di grandissimo aiuto pre e post prenotazione.. Buon lavoro ragazzi

Schöne und künstlerisch eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt mit angenehmem Flair. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, waren die fehlenden Frühstückszutaten. Bei einem Bed&Breakfast, welches auch ankundigt, dass man in der Küche die Möglichkeit zu frühstücken und dann nur Milch und Kaffee zur Verfugung steht, ist ein wenig dürftig und dem Gesamtpreis dann nicht mehr angemessen, schade.

Proprietário só estava preocupado com a taxa de permanência na cidade 25 euros, paguei 30 e ele não me deu troco. Imediações meio assustadoras, principalmente para quem chega a noite. Estacionamento longe é caro 20 euros por dia. Na entrada tem lixeiras cheirando mau.

Our staff gave to you the 5€ and your wife said that it was fine and our staff could keep it as tips. So it's not so kind that you write this. Maybe you were able to talk with you wife first. You came late and you felt scared for not reason. Read all reviews, the most important qualities of the apartment is the location, with bars, restaurants, café every where. Pity you stayed all the time at home instead to enjoy the Neapolitan life The garage is not ours, but it's a place that we suggest if you don't know where to park. In the area that is the cheapest. Napoli a portata di mano
Abbiamo soggiornato quattro notti al B&B Casa Latina, situato nel grazioso Vico Cinquesanti. Già la location è interessante: ci si trova infatti in pieno centro storico, in corrispondenza di Napoli Sotterranea e di San Gregorio Armeno, e il bel terrazzo attrezzato di tavolo è situato sopra ad una caratteristica e curata edicola votiva. Il B&B è arredato con gusto, noi avevamo la camera "Cave Canem", veramente un gioiellino di eleganza, accogliente e realizzata in modo unico. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per la colazione e per gustare un buon caffè in ogni momento. Decisamente da consigliare.

Kein bzw. nicht funktonierndes WiFi, aussen nicht angeschrieben und sehr hellhörig. Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln. Tolle kleine Terasse und hervorragende Lage mitten im Zentrum und dennoch nicht zu laut.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas schwierig zu finden, da von aussen nicht beschriftet (Hausnummer 47). Luigi hatte uns aber bereits vor der Anreise kontaktiert und uns nach einer kurzen Nachricht unsererseits beim Hauseingang herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Top Klimaanlage (ohne laute Geräusche) worüber wir bei Tagestemperaturen von 35 Grad sehr glücklich waren.

Modernes Apartemenr
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man im Alltag benötigt! Die kleine Terasse war das Highlight des B&B! Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Pésimo trato humano
Me alojé en este hotel durante 3 días y la estancia fue bastante correcta. Sin embargo, el último día antes de salir me resbalé por unas escaleras de las zonas comunes del hotel que se encontraban mojadas y en pésimas condiciones. Con la caída me hice un esguince y una puerta de vidrio se fracturó debido al golpe. El personal del hotel en ningún momento se preocupó por mi estado de salud y han estado desde entonces hostigándome y amenazándome para que me haga cargo de los gastos para la reparación de la puerta.

Hi Eduardo as you are friend of Francisco Merino Garrido so we give you the same answer than your friend you are not correct for giving us a bad score speaking about the breakfast. You have broken the glass of our terrace door and you paid a double glass 100x100cm just 100euros (thanks to the fact we are architect and we know the worker and he made us a special price). You have to be honest and to say that you slipped on the terrace wet because of the rain (the bad weather is not our responsability)
