Vraiment un mauvais service.
Voyage en Mai 2019 cadeau d'anniversaire pour ma mère et son conjoint : Le vol ayant eu deux heures de retard plus personne n'était à l'hôtel lors de leur arrivée. Heureusement le monsieur de l'épicerie d'à côté a pu téléphoner pour le faire venir. Quand enfin le réceptionniste est là, ils apprennent que la chambre n'est pas dispo, donc il leur en donne une autre qui reste et qui donne sur la rue, une nuit juste horrible. Le lendemain il les change de chambre...ouf...
Pour finir des travaux dans la semaine dans une chambre à coté ont fait que leur toilettes sont bouchées et ils ont dû se débrouiller seuls..
Le plus regrettable dans tout cela c'est que je fais toute mes réservation par hôtel.com et je les ai tout de suite contacté par mail suite à tous ces problèmes, car quand même responsable de ma réservation passée en Décembre, et je n'ai jamais eu de réponses malgré mes relances. Très mauvais service client
