Clean, quiet and modern room. Convenient having A/C, a fridge, kitchen and great location few steps from the city center. Host Francesco has been extremely helpful and accommodating, it’s been a real pleasure staying at this place. Extremely recommended.

Francesco’s property was conveniently located near the train station in old town. The flat was perfect for our single night stay. It shares a kitchen with another suite which was fine for us as we ate out and didn’t even see the other tenants. Francesco was in constant communication with us ensuring we had everything we needed. A very accommodating host! Would highly recommend for a quick stop in Naples.

Highly recommended!
Amazing guest house with lots of details. The host contacted us providing all the information you need and was always in touch if you need it. Location is perfect, bed is comfortable, sweet breakfast ready in the room. There is a common kitchen with espresso machine and anything else you might need.

Ho capito, sei Stefhanie. Le persone che non si presentano non dovrebbero recensire la struttura. Se poi si considera che ti avevo detto che ti avrei rimborsata...beh allora sei davvero una persona scorretta.

Very clean and cute unit
The unit is located near the city center, very convenient to go nearby. During our stay, the owner made sure everything was working well. He even helped us find a garage for our rented car. I was uneasy at first with the neighborhood- full of graffiti, garbage and cigarette butts everywhere, but now I know more about Naples, that is their way of life. The area is actually well lit and quite at night. The place served well with our stay.

Nice, clean apartment
Nice, clean apartment. Very communicative pre-arrival, picked us up from airport and were really nice. Not great English but that's ok! Good amenities (hair dryer, coffee, snacks etc). We only stayed one night arriving 12pm and leaving 7am so not much else to say!

We made our own way to the guest house, was simple to find from taking bus to the port & then a short walk. Was a great spot very central to all the main shops. Hosts were fab, from when we booked they contacted us straight away & communicated with us all through our stay. Lovely clean accommodation, seriously couldn’t fault it.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento ci siamo trovati super bene. Sig Francesco ci ha datto tutte le informazioni necessarie per trovarci al nostro agio ( dove parcheggiare,mangiare,visitare). Il apartamento e vicino a tutti punti importanti. La Sig Raffaella una persona meravigliosa e gentile. Adesso eravamo di passaggio ma torneremo per una vera vacanza a Napoli e di sicuro torneremo in questa struttura. Grazie di❤️

Idealna lokalizacja w samym centrum historycznego Neapolu. Blisko i na Stare Miasto i na Via Toledo oraz do metra. Pokój, łazienka i kuchnia świeżo wyremontowane i wyposażone we wszelkie niezbędne wygody. Bardzo gustowne wnętrza. Poczuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu. Bardzo życzliwy i miły gospodarz Francesco, pozostający w stałym kontakcie i zawsze służący pomocą. Szczerze polecamy ten guest house wszystkim planującym pobyt w Neapolu. Na pewno skorzystamy z gościnności Francesco przy kolejnym pobycie. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy serdecznie :-)

Saubere Unterkunft in Altstadt
Wir schliefen eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft. Fussläufig war alles erreichbar. Da sich die Unterkunft in der Altstadt befindet ist die Parksituation wie in allen italienischen Städten schwierig. Wir konnten unser Auto ca 200m von der Unterkunft in einem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz abstellen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Francesco war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich wieder nach Neapel kommen würde, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

Au centre du Naples historique
Le check-in a été très simple (disponibilité). Le logement est très fonctionnel et semble neuf.La cuisine collective (pour 2 logements) est très bien équipée. La situation centrale dans la ville appréciable. Le contact avec le propriétaire est très sympathique

We stayed for a week , it is centrally located, close to metro station , and it is even possible to go to the port and via toledo by walking. It is quiet and safe at night , at the same time the area has an active night life with plenty of bars and restaurants close. The owners were very helpful , were always ready for help , and gave us excellent recommendations . The apartment is new, tidy and clean , was cleaned everyday. Very very recommended .
