We went to check in and the first thing we asked was where was the listed safe? He said there was not safe. I then asked about the listed breakfast. He said there was no breakfast. He could see that my wife was upset and offered to call Expedia an give us a refund. We accepted his offer and left to find other accomadations. I am giving the porperty a bad review because he lied to us and never called expedia to process a refund. When I called ecpedia of course they say he has not contacted them and when expedia called him he dose no pick up the phone. I tried to message him through expedia but no reply. Now I know why he said he would refund our money because he kept our money and then could rent the room out again.

Safe and quiet place to stay

Eliott, the nice young man worked at the guesthouse was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the guesthouse was safe. The room was comfortable and quiet for Naples. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the Napoli Centrale train station. I highly recommended this guesthouse.

Wenn man ein Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs sucht ist man hier genau richtig. Unser Zimmer war groß und ruhig, mit allem was man braucht. Die Gegend um einen Bahnhof ist in der Regel nie toll. Aber man findet in der unmittelbaren Umgebung Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte und wir haben uns nie unsicher gefühlt.

Camera molto graziosa, proprietari gentili, peccato per la plastica dura sul materasso poco confortevole, bisogna dperare che gli ospiti delle camere vicine siano poco rumorosi perché si sente tutto . la zona è bruttina per la sicurezza,anche se comoda per la stazione, parcheggio della stazione carissimo! 31,00 euro per neanche 24h....niente colazione ma ci è stato offerto il caffè al mattino, niente vasca idromassaggio.

This hotel is very conveniently located across from the train station, which is why I booked it for in and out travel from Naples. We had no issues finding the place using google maps. The room was very clean and we were comfortable. The owner is quite kind and very willing to be helpful. He called Pompeii to ask about closing hours for us and let us leave our belongings for a day, a day after we'd already checked out. The breakfast was good as well. The chef made us lattes, omelettes, and toast (which was toast bread with cheese and hotdogs inside), and they had other pastries available which we were too full to eat. My only two minor suggestions are to add signage, as after we entered the gates we went up the first set of stairs on our right, but it was indeed further down, and to have specific shampoo and conditioner (instead of a 2-in-1). Overall, the hotel was great and I would highly recommend it.

The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the breakfast was good with attentive staff service provided. The guesthouse is close to the main railway station the area and street life surrounding the accommodation was not so attractive, however there were good cafes and restaurants within a short walk. The shuttle bus to the airport was very close and frequent and this proved to be very handy as we were getting a flight quite early in the morning.

Erg leuke B&B in het centrum van Napels!

In het centrum van Napels, op nog geen 5 minuten lopen van het treinstation. Erg handige ligging in de stad. Doordat de B&B achter een binnenplaats zit is het relatief stil en merk je niets van het verkeer. Gastheer is erg vriendelijk, hij heeft ons persoonlijk (als gratis service) opgehaald vanuit de luchthaven. De service was geweldig, merkte bijvoorbeeld dat wij persoonlijk niet van heel zoet ontbijt houden en heeft toen voor de volgende dag direct al ei, kaas, tomaat en dat soort dingen gehaald, geeft een goed beeld van hoe vriendelijk we behandeld werden. Interieur is niet per se onze smaak qua uiterlijk, maar alles was erg schoon, netjes en verzorgd. Ik beveel dit zeker aan!

So cute!

My friend and I stayed, we are 2 female travelers, we felt safe, the room was so cute and very clean and the owner, went above and beyond to make us welcome. He not only told us of a great restaurant, he walked us over to make sure, we didn't get lost and it was AMAZING, we went back before we left Naples. Highly recommend, staying here.

ottima accoglienza, massima disponibilità del titolare, ambienti completamente rinnovati, anche nell'arredamento, bagno spazioso, molto pulito con rifacimento giornaliero delle camere e colazione ricca e varia anche con prelibatezze locali (pastiera, sfogliatelle, salumi, mozzarelle di bufala, ecc.). Beautiful B&B

The owner was an absolute gem, not only was he a great host but also helped us out with luggage issues. The place and the room was emasculate, clean, comfortable and had blockout blinds that just made our night. The room is spacious with a great decore. Highly recommend this place. The location of the B&B, I'm not too sure about as we didn't stay for longer than a night.
