The tub had stains and rust marks. It did not drain well. The windows were so dirty visibility was hampered. The staff was friendly and upbeat.

The room was ok and the bed was comfortable, however instead of carpet it had a wooden floor which could have done with a good brush. Not very comfortable to walk on in the mornings after stepping out of bed. I was not impressed with the continental breakfast and only had it one morning out of 5. A very poor selection. I’ve seen better. Very convenient to the International airport, just 4 miles. Gianturco train station for Pompeii is only a 15 minute walk.

We had 2 different nights booked. Our room for the first stay was excellent, clean , updated. The second room we stayed in was very disappointing as the bathroom was quite dated, old bathtub and shower head sprayed all over.

Very convenient for early flight to airport. Good dining options available that allowed avoidance of Naples’ neighborhoods near the airport. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they were sufficient. A bit pricey but the best of limited acceptable choices.

This was a wonderful property to stay at before our flight the next morning! Check in was easy, the rooms were comfortable, my daughter used the gym and said it was great. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel and there is a wonderful restaurant across the courtyard as well. Calling a taxi from the front desk was easy and they were able to get a taxi van for all our luggage. This was perfect for us!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and super friendly! Giuseppe and Eleanora in particular. The room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The food was delicious and all of the hotel was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend. Dont be put off by the surroundings!!

They don’t have shuttle to Train station which is just 2-3 miles only and outside the area is not very good. So don’t think of outside walking around.

Beautiful spot staff and property were lovely. Breath taking view. Very accommodating. They allowed us to store luggage and use facilities till our transfer arrived at 5PM. Would highly recommend the hotel to others.

Is a big hotel ,the staff is very helpful but the trasportation to and from the hotel is limited.If u use taxi u will be extra charged ,one way trip with taxi will be charget double adding a back trip for the driver.In the evening the area aroud the hotel is not safe to walk,is an area of empty offices buildings .The bathrooms are not so clean and with old appliances.

They don’t stand by IHG Clean Promise
I was very displeased with this property. I booked it based on the IHG Clean promise which states: With the IHG® Clean Promise, guests are reassured that: Good isn’t good enough – we’re committed to high levels of cleanliness. That means clean, well maintained, clutter free rooms that meet our standards. If this isn’t what you find when you check-in then we promise to make it right. Well they don’t seem to stand by that promise. The room smelled, the rug was dirty, there were exposed screws in the wall next to the headboard, mold in the shower. The shower would randomly get scolding hot without you adjusting it and the toilet didn’t always flush. I didn’t have time to speak to management about it since we got to the hotel late and I had to leave the hotel at 4am for an early flight. I decided to try to ask for compensation through hotels.com but they said they couldn’t do anything because management wouldn’t respond to my request. When they finally reached management, they were told that none of what I said was true. Well I have mold pictures and dirty shower pictures to prove it. Also, I tried to give them an opportunity to compensate me and right their wrong before writing this review by contacting the hotel directly by emailing the email address on their site and they never replied back.

I reserved 3 rooms and when we went to check in, the person at the front desk assigned us a room that was not updated and they got access to their mini bar. Considering I brought the business to that hotel, I wish they would've taken notice which rooms were being assigned to whom.

Great airport hotel
We stayed here overnight between flights as the hotel located a short drive from the airport. Our room was newly renovated, it was clean and comfortable. When you drive up to the reception entrance, the area looks a little sketchy but it is basically located below ground level in a carpark. The ground floor entrance just above is located in a nice, clean business park area with a few restaurants. As for the hotel itself, the staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant and bar located in the hotel were great. For the purpose of staying near the airport, this hotel is a great choice and fit our needs.

IHG hotels tend to more utilitarian than luxury but the rooms in this one need upgrades. Lobby, restaurant, bar snd patio were great. Rooms were meh. Staff very friendly. For travelers, it is much further from train than it appears.

The hotel room was very dated, smelled terribly like cigarette smoke and had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. They obviously don’t clean their pillows as I could smell someone else’s body Oder on them. There were no amenities except for soap in a tube. The service in both the lobby and bar/restaurant is extremely slow.

The property is very clean and nice. The surrounding not so much. You have limited transportation options out of the hotel, just taxi pretty much. It is also in a very rough part of town. Great place if you are staying for a few days and will take a taxi to other locations.
