"They didn’t give me clean towels and I saw a cockroach in my room."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I really liked that it is so new as it shows in the condition of the entire hotel. Our room was so large and clean and had a full (small size) kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of drawer and closet space which I really liked. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was a nice addition. We only picked on a few items which were all good. Grounds are well kept and a nice place to hang out at. We missed the live band but that's a nice option to have to do in the evening. I've already recommended this hotel."

"The hotel is expensive for the amenities, room, and service offered. The room was clean, but the comforter and pillows were uncomfortable and not cozy at all. The breakfast was average—similar to what you would get at a $100-per-night hotel, with very limited variety and only the basics. The pool was not heated. The view was beautiful, but that was about it."

"No clean towels in the pool area, reservation claimed to provide snacks, upgraded parking, and handicapped accessible. The bathroom had a tub and there was a shower chair, so not accessible. No snacks, not even a mattress protector. "

"The room was smaller than I expected. I was also surprised that the cleaning crew was not as prompt as what I'm used to. That said...beautiful spot...nice restaurant oin premises with good food and great access to downtowen Naples. I would stay there again!"
