We had a very pleasant stay in summer 2025. The staff was very attentive and gave us a bottle of prosecco because of my partner's birthday. The jacuzzi on the deck was enjoyable as well as the daily breakfast with yummy fruit juice. Thank you for having us.

This is one of the best hotels in terms of location and service. Really close to the port, the metro and the spanish quarters. We were also extremely satisfied with the services and the rooms. The rooms are newly renonvated and have a very cozy vibe because of then flooring and ceiling. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Can definitely recommend!

Our time was lovely, well aired room with a sumptuous quality of large bed provided, good views of piazza with lift giving ease of access to the property. The continental breakfast was on balance good although all was Luke warm. The staff were helpful & courteous at all times, a just need to ask required & they will try too accommodate. Would recommend this establishment to anyone staying in Napoli.

We had a very pleasant stay at La Ciliegina. Very helpful staff, nice breakfast and neat and tidy rooms. The rooftop with its view is exquisite and the location is ideal for a sightseeing holiday.

This hotel was great. It was a hidden gem tucked away in a great area close everything. The location was great and close to some good shopping and the water. The decor of the rooms is simple yet elegant and the breakfast was amazing!!!! I will definitely be back on my next trip to Naples.

Great location while staying in Naples. Close to central district of city. Great staff and service. Arranged 4:00 AM transfer to airport and had breakfast boxes packed for family. We will stay there again.

The location of this hotel is great. Right in city center. Delish pizza place around the corner across from opera house. The room was large and bed was big king with comfy pillows. Well decorated and friendly staff.
