Very charming room convenient to the old city center. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was conveniently walkable to many of the locations I wanted to visit. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Nice Stay

This was a very good choice. It is a very short walk to the Archeology museum as well as the metro. A short metro ride to the train station for easy access to Herculaneum and Caserta Palace. There are many cafes, restaurants and bakeries in the area. The room was clean and bright. The staff were super helpful and we were able to store our luggage on the last day before we departed for our late train to Rome. The bed and pillows were very firm and our room faced the busy, noisy street which caused us some grief when we were trying to sleep.

I had a wonderful time at La smofia, it was comfortable, clean. I think they need to change their lift and give more options for breakfast but overall it was lovely

Very basic accommodation. Bed was too hard and (only) 2 very flat pillows were provided. Have to pay to use the very tiny elevator (rooms are on the 4th floor) and I don't remember that being mentioned in the description before booking. Old building (which is expected) had a hard time with preventing noise. Limited breakfast "provided" at a nearby cafe. Like most hotel rooms in older Italian buildings I've stayed in, there wasn't an interior lock to prevent others entering. There wasn't a Do Not Disturb sign that could be used. Housekeeping tried to enter while I was there without knocking first. I didn't feel safe that someone couldn't just come in.

This is a lovely, well-managed B&B. The staff was welcoming and informative. The rooms were clean and had all amenities you might need including a fridge and coffee setup. It’s close to a great restaurant Re Lazzarone and includes breakfast at Karmacore which was also great. It’s on the third floor of a very old building that has a lift.

Things to note: Elevator is accessible with a fee, The bathroom shower needed some upgrading and was fairly small, there isnt someone at the front desk at all times (some solo travelers may book hotels expecting to have someone present, just an fyi that it isnt the case here). Great B&B in the heart of Naples

I was very lucky, the place is spotless, well decorated, very fresh. Antonella and Francesco were very attentive and helpful. The location is perfect in the heart of town but in a quiet area, you can walk to nice restaurants and bars. The metro is also super close by.

Antonella was so helpful. They are providing euros for the (extremely small) elevator to take you and your luggage to the 3rd floor. There are also stairs for the more fit. Our room was huge and well appointed. It was very clean. You can open the windows to enjoy the noisy Napoli environment or close them and there’s hardly any noise from the street. Everything worked well in the room. Would definitely go back!

Convenient location with easy access to public transport and various attractions. Francesco was very helpful and friendly. Lovely B&B in the heart of Napoli. Great location with close access to restaurants, sights and the metro. The room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The free breakfast included was at a lovely little cafe on the corner nearby and was a great way to start the day. Francesco was very accommodating and went above and beyond, helping us with anything we needed.

Convienient and clean

This is a great place to stay a night or two. Very clean and spacious room. Antonella was amazing at check-in and provided some great recommendations and even gave me her number in case I had any other questions. The location is close to Spaccanapoli which was the main highlight of our visit. I wouldn’t recommend driving here as the streets are INSANE and the parking lot nearby charged us 40€ for less than 24 hours.

Great location, very firm mattress.

Hotel was proactive in arranging our arrival. Antonella was very helpful. She greeted us at the street and explained the map of the city. It was a popular area in the evening for bars and restaurants. The elevator cost 50 cents to use so bring change. Otherwise it will be a hassle for you. The bed was very firm. Not comfortable for me, but if you like a very firm mattress, they have it. Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend it for the neighborhood, proximity to archeological museum and lively night life. But with the caveat about the elevator and mattress.

This small hotel is within a building of different occupation. The only downfall is that the owner of the overall building charges to use the lift. Currently 50 cents per trip which although small can add up.

Great location. Very close to metro station. The location is safe regarding to other regions in Napoli. The staff, especially Francesco, is very helpful and friendly. I think the rooms were not that clean. There were little ants in the bathroom. The main problem was that the building was very old. Also, beds were a little uncomfortable.
