We had a great time at Napoli Tree and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s a great location, just a block away from the water and many dining options. The hotel itself is cute and decorated in a fun and vintage way. We highly recommend this stay!

Gem of a little B&B near the waterfront park in Naples. Room was quite comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and staff was friendly and helpful with directions. We arrived late, and the instructions were clear how to access the property and room

A truly wonderful B&B – absolutely recommended! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The staff and the owner are incredibly warm and welcoming – true hospitality at its best. Breakfast was a real highlight: delicious, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented with plenty of choice. The rooms were spotless, tastefully decorated, and full of charm. Every detail was just right – our stay couldn’t have been more perfect!

Very comfortable room, excellent customer service, excellent breakfast. Our host was incredibly gracious and accommodating, they even helped me try to get a cab during their Napoli futbol championship celebration when the entire city was shutdown. Very close to the water and amazing restaurants. Lots of stairs so be aware if you have mobility issues. There is an elevator but it costs 10 cents (euros) per ride and it is very small. But overall very great stay!

What a beautiful property! The waterfront is the place to stay in Naples and this property was wonderful. The proprietors were amazing. The breakfast was incredible and the room was perfect. We would highly recommend anyone staying in Naples to stay at Napoli Tree Lungomare!!!

Napoli Tree is the perfect place to stay. One block off the promenade, great rooms and amazing staff, wonderful breakfast. The location is great access in and out of the city, close to lift and bus tours, restaurants and kick off point to many adventures. The staff are remarkable with all they do to support you.

This is a lovely property that is very close to the sea front and in a safe area of town. It's easy to get to centre of Naples on 151 bus and also has many good dining options nearby. Hosts (Amie and Marco) were lovely and helpful. Breakfast and room both great.
