We did a quick overnight stop. This hotel was very neat and clean and for an over night whistle stop, it was perfect. Not a lot of extra amenities, it it was perfect for the price and super convenient for the train

I stayed one night in Naples on the way to Rome. I could not have chose a more ideal location. Directly in front of Naples Centrali and down the street from one of the hop on off bus stops. You are really in the center of everything with multiple restaurants and shops right downstairs. The room itself was just beautiful and very very clean. The host very friends and accommodating.

First impressions: the property is hard to find unless the main doors are already open for you. The location externally isn’t the friendliest or cleanest. Once you get through the elevator and into the actual lobby of the hotel then you feel a sense of safety and comfort. osaka was really great friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone travelling to naples without kids. 8/10

Great location for transport links- bus to airport and trains too. Communication with the owner was great, simple instructions for finding the hotel and checking in was very smooth. We only stayed one night but could easily have been there longer.

Great room, big and modern. Only there for a few hours for a transfer but it was lovely. Perfect location for the train and bus station. Will definitely stay again. Not easy to find but there is always someone there to help/meet you.

Despite being in a busy congested area next to the Napoli Centrali terminal, our stay at New Gallery was awesome. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful. They sent a series of pictures guiding us to the room. We didn’t see them but for a few minutes but they took the time to show us how to use the coffeemaker and give us information. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed just one night at New Gallery prior to returning to the U.S. but would have happily stayed longer. It is located in an ideal spot to access all public transportation (local, regional and beyond), was clean, comfortable, affordable, and communication was exceptional. I can't speak to the area around Napoli Centrale, but we stayed in the city center earlier in our trip, and the metro is so easy to use.
