"Staff very nice and accommodating "

"We had a nice time. There are great restaurants in the area and you can walk down the beach to the south but to the north there’s some erosion that makes it tricky. It would be nice if you could bring a cooler to the beach instead of being required to buy their food and drink. Our room had a great view of the beach and the massage in the spa is always nice if you can afford it."

"The hotel is right on 5th avenue south, plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were great and very accommodating. Jose from valet had great dining recommendations, Israel, Lisa and I believe Judy from the front desk were very helpful and exceptional. Nicole from the spa was amazing and great to talk to as was Gail the bartender server from the pool area. Overall I have no complaints about the property or the staff. I enjoyed my time there thoroughly and will definitely choose this hotel again when I travel to Naples. "

"Clean and friendly staff"

"Everything on this hotel was great. All around. Staff went above and beyond. Amenities very nice. Cleanliness on the spot. I guess my only observation is that I wasn't able to control successfully the climate inside my hotel room. The thermostat didn't seem to be working properly so all the time it was a little colder than I wanted it. Other than that, everything was amazing. Thank you. "

"Extremely spacious rooms with great amenities "

"Overall, I really liked the property. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. I found the staff very helpful and courteous. I don’t like this part, but my only negative comment is going to be about housekeeping. On the first full day we were there, the room was not attended to. The beds weren’t made, drinking glasses that were used the night we checked in were not cleared away and replaced. The second full day, the room was attended to, but the dirty glasses were still in the room and the bathroom counter was not cleaned properly. Trash cans emptied, towels replaced and beds made. I will definitely revisit this hotel. Love that in the evenings satchels of lavender was available. "
