no airport shuttle

I booked this b&b because they had an airport shuttle but once I paid, they told me that there was no shuttle & they refused to cancel the booking. The Hotel.com representative called them repeatedly but the hotel kept hanging up on him. That was very disappointing. Positives: nice sized room, very nice view of the square, great bar right downstairs so as a solo traveller I didn't have to venture out at night in a dodgy neighbourhood. negatives: false advertising on airport shuttle (my only requirement) & room could have be cleaner. Overall I was satisfied with my stay

Trevligt boende med bra läge

Perfekt boende i centrala Neapel! Läget är utmärkt, nära både den gamla delen av staden och havet samt även till tunnelbana. Boendet ligger vid ett litet torg där det finns några trevliga kaféer, barer och restauranger. Frukosten hämtar man på ett av kaféerna (dock lite förvirrande att man hämtar i ena kaféet och sitter vid andra - de samarbetar uppenbarligen). I övrigt är det rejäla rum med tyst och effektiv luftkonditionering. Bra service och lätt att komma i kontakt med ägaren. Som flera nämnt tidigare så ligger det dock på fjärde våningen utan hiss.

Great host, comfortable room, plenty of stairs!

This was a perfect little hotel for our quick overnight stop in Naples. The host was fantastic and very friendly, transfer driver was amazing, breakfast was delicious and the room was quirky but comfortable. The 7 flights of stairs up to the room were a bit of a shock, but the host was helpful in carrying one of our luggage bags. Bed and pillows were a little firm for us, but not unbearable. Definitely good value for money, and some great local tips. It was perfect for what we needed!

El host nos recibió muy atentamente y siempre presto a ayudar. El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado. Sin emabrgo, el apartamento esta en el 5to piso y NO hay ascensor, asi que ve preparado a subir 5 pisos. Por otro lado, no esperes un gran desayuno, fue un café con un croassant.

Bästa läge i Napoli på toppenfint boende!

Charmigt boende i ett typisk napolitanskt hus med bästa tänkbara läge. Rymligt och rent rum med fint badrum. Jättebra service med värdefulla tips från Mirko. Frukosten intas på bar alldeles i närheten. Allt toppenbra men det är många trappsteg att gå då hiss saknas.

good choice minus the stairs

Located in the heart of Naples,spacious rooms and decorated in good taste.Mirko is very sweet and helpful.There are two cafes and a restaurant in the same alley.A major drawback is the 96 stairs you need to climb to reach the hotel,which may be challenging if you need to go out several times or carry heavy suitcases.Also,there is no closet in the rooms and you need to keep your clothes in the suitcase.The hotel also offers transfer from and to the airport at a reasonable price,

トラブル対応に関してはgood

2泊予定が初日はバスルームに不具合との事で別のホテルに案内されました。すぐ隣の建物だったし同ランク程度ではあったんですが、窓を開けられず薄暗い部屋だったのが…。翌日泊ったこちらが良かったので初日に関してはちょっと残念でした。でもやれるだけの事はやって貰えたと思いますし、スタッフは親切だったので良かったです。こちらの部屋はミニバーとハンガーがあれば完璧でした。

Unmögliches Hotel in altem Mehrfamilienhaus

96 Stufen ohne Aufzug.Wir sind 69 und 65 Jahre alt und mussten unsere Koffer bis oben schleppen wo uns der Inhaber Mitte 30 Jahre grinsend erwartete. Zimmer war ok,die Duschtasse total verdreckt ( Beweis Fotos) Frühstück gab es nicht. Was super geklappt hat, war die pünktliche Fahrt mit dem illegalen Taxi, aber 25 € für 6 km Entfernung.

Not for senior or disabled, good for younger ones. The room is in 5 floors. 97 stairs to climb , 2 nights multify 4 times that’s 388 stairs. Out the building Is noisy and dirty . Too much residue of Pooh

2 nuits dans ce B&B .belle chambre avec vue sur petite placette, idéalement située dans le centre historique de Naples, proche du métro (tout neuf).le propriétaire est très avenant rien a dire je recommande. Seul bémol 4 étages sans ascenseur, mais excellent pour les fessiers.
