Nice hotel

The room was surprisingly nice and big. The location is good just five minutes from the central station. Breakfast was average but was sufficient for my needs. The juices were from a machine, I prefer fresh juices.

The property is conveniently located by the Train Station. The area is not particularly attractive but it was safe to walk at late nights. The restaurant below is great and the hotel amenities are wonderful!

Not a 4 star hotel

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. We stayed here one night before going to Sorrento. The bathroom smelled cigarettes and the hotel was overall very worn down. The breakfast wasn’t good either. We were there 30min after they opened and most of the food (apart from the sweets) were finished. Only one person worked and she’s busy with tidying up the tables and doing the dishes. Took a while before she filled up the food. The coffee wasn’t great, the scrambled eggs were microwaved and tasted really bad. However the small interaction we had with the woman in the reception during check in was nice. Our bagage didn’t make it on our flight and and we asked if they had any toothbrushes we could get, and they did

Good location for transport and walking to other areas. Breakfast facilities on Sundays only was excellent as it was held in the hotels breakfast room and was 'self service' on 'other' days it is held in the local pizza bar and is waiter service which was extremely slow and did not have such a good breakfast choice and variety.

Our flight was cancelled and I booked this hotel for an emergency 1 night stay. The room was clean but a bit shabby and lacking in soul. It was comfortable and had everything that we could want. We only paid 65 Euros so I cannot complain. The best thing about the hotel were the lovely staff who were very kind and helpful to weary stressed travellers.

At the first step a huge cockroach welcomed us on the bed, so we left the hotel immediately. Staff were helpful and understanding, they admitted the problem (we pictured, anyways), but had nothing to do.

Good stay....

Overall excellent - only problem was the walls were a little thin - so the argument in the next room til 2am was a problem that maybe would have been better if the walls were thicker. Bed a little hard as well! But yes I'd stay again - big plus was the access direct from the central station - turn left facing the platform and just keep walking - you reach the hotel without leaving the station.

This hotel is adjacent to the train station and we stayed for a night before our flight. The front desk staff was so helpful, arranging for a car to bring all 5 of us to the airport (and letting us know when the driver arrived early!); the breakfast in the adjacent restaurant had a range of options; our rooms were extremely clean with plenty of towels and had spacious balconies with table and chairs that allowed us to dry out all our bathing suits and towels before packing up - there were several highly rated and reasonably priced pizza and pasta restaurants within 2 blocks. The staff also ensured (without our needing to ask) that our 2 rooms were next to one another. Overall we were really pleased with the hotel!

We asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like an ash tray. There was an ash tray in the balcony. The bathroom vent after my shower made the toilet and floor dirty from dust.

The area around the property was so unclean and so unsafe. We are 3 women traveling and didn't feel safe leaving the room after we arrived. Everything was closed as it was a Sunday. No options for dining. The wifi in the room did not work. Apparently the server kept going down. The AC leaked so bad it created a puzzle on the floor that i slipped and fell on. Our AC unit

Do not stay at this hotel

We were due to stay 2 nights at this hotel, but left after one night. The air conditioning unit was so loud no-one could sleep, and it was held together by tape. On the first evening I spoke to the receptionist who told me to open the window as it wasn't that warm out. Very true, but it was very noisy and a brief window opening resulted in mosquitos entering. Overnight the tape holding the air con unit broke. I spoke to the (different) receptionist who said it was difficult to get things fixed in August. We left because I didn't feel safe in a room with air con held together with tape. I emailed the hotel a few days later and they have not had the courtesy to respond.
