Dear Linda , Thanks for your review and had having appreciated that even though in a B&b there isn’t reception active 24/7 , I try to do my best and always be helpful.But there are things to be rectified:1) via toledo is the commercial hearth of the city and staying at toledo loft is an immersive experience in our culture. We are a short walk from QUARTIERI SPAGNOLI a part of naples that many tourists visit for this reason!!! We called tourists / you called them MULTITUDES OF PEOPLE.The garbage trucks pass during the night as in all metropolises.“The vendors that are dragging their carts along the cobblestone street after a long day” do you mean streets vendors??? They are in every city!!The hairdryer did not need to be replaced : if it overheats it goes into protection mode and turns off , after cools down it works again !!!I have provided a basket to place your things in the bathroom. Concluding : I saw you every day, you could have talked about it to me, I am the property manager an I would have been happy to help you !Best Regards Valeria SANNINO

Let me explain:1)We are on the first floor; in the building there is a concierge 24/24 who kindl takes you to the lift without charging guests, just ask.2)we were full on the weekend and no guests had difficulty with the wifi. we have two lines available, you reached me on the phone and I explained it to you.3)we have reception open from 11 to 18 and I always offer assistance if I'm not in reception.4)ABOUT BREAKFAST we offer one thing to drink and one thing to eat. you can choose between a pastry or a rotisserie or a coffee or a fresh orange juice. any additional thing is an additional cost for the guest. 5) let's not forget that in each room there is a boiler for coffee, tea or infusions; water in the fridge, biscuits and fruit jam.6)in the bathroom each guest will find a set with shampoo, shower gel, body cream, toothbrush, razor, shower cap, slippers, hair dryier.7)the cleaning service is daily and the change of towels too.More than a b&b in my opinion.Best Regards Valeria Property manager Toledo loft

hi, i didn't know your surname but i would like to answer.it is very strange to write a bad review anonymously because we cannot apologize to you, we cannot understand what room you were in and what date you stayed. "even my husband who could sleep through an earthquake was awake" is a good joke but we're in the heart of a big city. You were wrong not to check which area we were in, perhaps you had to opt for areas such as via posillipo or corso vittorio emanule to be central but more isolated from traffic.Thanks again

Dear Mr Shewrkramani, we are very sorry that your experience was bad. i find it incredible that during a bad weather night you complained about the lifesaving alarm which is an electric device present in every space or home. you can turn it on and off if there is not electricity , especially with a bad weather like that night. you wanted to leave your apartment as your choice, so don't send us any refund requests from expedia or hotel.com best regards

DEAR Ms Peterson, thank you for your review but i think you are in error. you reserve for a superior that is a small and you receive a small that is the only one that not have view in via toledo. you never talk with me about it. if you desire a view in the city you had to reserve a loft executive or junior suite; from expedia there are all photos. every day i met you and your husband , i am always at the reception. i remember very well. about the time to find toledo loft...i am sorry but you went to the other staircase of the building despite my instuctions on the phone. thank you for appreciated our SUPERIOR LOFT. Good Evening Dear Guest, Our location is in the very center of the city as you wrote. there are coomercial areas, very convenient shop an restaurants during the day....and during the night. in each room there are night mask and earplugs for this reason. Best Regards

Good Morning Mr. Michael. We are in the very center of the city and we furnish UNUSED eye mask and earplugs. "Soft but uncomfortable bed" is a bit strange as a way of describing a king size bed. If you need another chair I would have gladly helped you. i appreciated your tip but..,Via Shelley is the closest area where cars can pass ... it is strange that a driver does not know a road so central...the Mediterranean Hotel is much more distant from our structure. Good Morning Mr Zukovich! it is very strange to read that the reception is only staffed in the afternoon...you and your friend met me in every hour of the day..and the day of check out i call a taxy at 8am in the morning (so the reception is staffed also at 8 am !)...and you arrived to the structure at 7.15 pm (also in the evening) My advice is to provide a working mobile number so that you can communicate between the hotel and the guest. i contacted you before your stay many times and only the day before your arrival you answered and i reserved a transfer for you at 17.40 for 3 person. Your flight is scheduled at 17;40 but it was early at 5.29 pm (I followed your entire flight) so I tried for an hour to call you, to give instructions to meet the driver who couldn't find you because you weren't waiting for the arrivals as I told you. I also tried to write to you via orbitz, the message is still there I wrote you that because of the traffic there would have been a bit of delay. It was raining very hard and it can happen. When the driver left you in Via Shelley it probably wasn't clear on the directions and given the delay I tried to meet you but I didn't know you and I didn't find you. After 20 minutes you arrived, I checked in and gave you your keys. I never said that the subway worked 24h / 24 : impossible. The following day I explained to you that I was worried because I could not contact you. and that I was very sorry about the driver's delay. ....So this review surprises me. I'm sorry if I couldn't help you, but I always try to be available in each part of the day! If you had a working mobile, it would have been easier.
