Stunning & peaceful, worth the journey

Such a beautiful location & view to wake up to. I just wish we had longer there, but will definitely be back! The lovely breakfast on the terrace was most enjoyable.

Very happy!

The hotel was really nice, they were lovely in the reception, and, though we had to check in remotely, it went smoothly with their help. The breakfast was simple, but the rooms were kept very clean and with everything you might need. The surrounding neighborhood wasn’t the best, but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, this was great!

We were arriving after 'front desk' was closed. Trying to get info on the procedures of check in was impossible. Owner kept saying 'I'll tell you when u get here.' I didn't need codes, etc., just steps to expect. Area of stay was 'sketchy' at best. We wanted to eat, but just went a couple of blocks for carry out at a McDonalds. Not sure what area is like after dark. Entry into building a a large dark area, with numerous rat traps around the walls. Instructed to take elevator up to room, but not where elevator was located . . . Rooms were ok, but getting there was a challenge. I had previously asked owner how we were to pay the room tax with no one at the front desk when we arrive or depart with no reply. He then texted we hadn't left the money. Really? Just leave the money in the open . . .

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator did not work. Put cold water in it and it got warm. Tried inform the manager by text, phone and note left on the reception desk. My husband needs cold water to mix a medication with. 4 days later it was still not repaired or replaced. Management never acknowledged our request. Outside the hotel was filthy.

Balade en famille dans Naples

Nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour, accueil, propreté, service, gentillesse étaient au rendez-vous, très bien situé pour rejoindre la rue Umberto I, Toledo et le centre historique par la rue du tribunal. Un seul bémol, c'est une rue de passage près de la place Garibaldi, nous le savions mais cela ne nous pas posé de problème.
