"We enjoyed our stay at Coventry Ibis City Centre Hotel. The large corner suite room was very clean, bed/bedding was comfortable. Bathroom/shower pod annex was roomy with plenty of water power. Buffet breakfast was better than expected, the desk staff we spoke to were always friendly, helpful and polite."

"The room was very clean but a little battered looking. All the staff were amazing except for the waiter who served us in the restaurant the first night. He just ignored us and everytime we called him it took him forever to come back. We gave up waiting to order dessert and just paid the bill. The staff everywhere else were great and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely and we were shocked that no one was checking if we had pre paid. We actually had to go and ask to pay because no one checked they assumed we had already paid. The hotel location was very hand for us and close to town."
