From start to finish our stay was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms comfortable and we had two lovely meals in each of the restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
The food was amazing. The grounds are lovely and the staff are warm and welcoming. The accomodation was fantastic,l. We had the Sorrel junior suite which is ideal for a couple with a dog. Private garden and lounge area and bedroom area mean sleeping without the dog in the same room is a nice treat
An absolutely beautiful hotel from the moment you enter the grounds. Wonderfully renovated property with gorgeous understated style everywhere. Our bedroom was luxurious and comfortable with complimentary minibar and home made snacks. Very welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast and dining were of a good standard in great surroundings. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Will return.
A special stay in a friendly and professional hotel. From a friendly welcome through to the young staff on in the restaurant and housekeeping delivering excellent service combined with that pop of extra friendliness that gives the 5 star rating. Beautiful surroundings and roams around the propery.
It sounds trite but this is truly a gem of a hotel. Beautiful location, quiet, lovely gardens, very comfortable room and first class service throughout the hotel, from welcome at reception to saying goodbye. Restaurant (Artisan Room) was very good, the staff here so very helpful and lovely with it. Food is fresh, local and well prepared and served. Could not fault it. Good wine list too. It's a beautiful old house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Lovely short stay in a great hotel in the middle of beautiful grounds with some terrific views. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Visited for one night as part of our mini-moon, thoroughly impressed with the hotel and the service we received. Truly excellent. We ate at the tasting menu at The Fernery which was outstanding. Thoroughly recommend.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. The friendly and helpful staff were always fully engaged in providing a first class service to us with a smile. We have had the privilege of staying at many 5 star hotels over the years but the attention to the small details at the Grove of Narberth was exceptional and beyond what we have experienced before.
Absolutely beautiful, from the moment my wife and I stepped on the grounds, we knew we were somewhere very special. The staff are a credit to the grove and made a special place even more incredible.
