"Excellent little pristine studio, very central to the historic zone, canal walks/trips and train station. Also the buses to the various beaches leave from right outside the door. So location cannot be bettered. The staff are lovely, friendly & professional and gave us the quiet room I’d requested for our 4 days - thank you, much appreciated! The kitchenette was small but well equipped for self catering, very comfy beds, good sound proofing and A/C so it ticked all my “essential” boxes & would definitely return.when in Narbonne."

"Greated by the hotel director, Very easy check in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fresh far superior than the chain hotels. The rooms are well equipped, clean every thing works ,shower lovely and clean. This was a second choice hotel as mercure was fully booked ,im really pleased they were. "It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. At the end of a long day, you don't want to waste 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get in. "
