Staff was excellent, ready to help. The room had several issues including dusty curtains, broken lotion and soap containers, blocked sink and flush issue,each issue was corrected by the staff as soon as we called them. Even at 2 AM in the night, the plumber came within five-ten minutes to fix the flush issue. the property is not located near any place where you can eat breakfast, and the breakfast they serve was not worth the cost I paid. It seems they don't like when you book using a third party like Orbitz. My good rating is more due to the staff than the property condition and location.
This hotel is not a family hotel, more suited for business travel. Moreover, there is adequate staffs who can cater properly. There is continuous waiting at restaurant. Very bad service overall.
Rooms are quite small and whole building smells like hell with cigarette it’s like passive smoking we are doing and there is no one to help you with luggage
Offered room was smelling, not maintained properly. Checkin to hotel was slow. No response to my request until it was asked for.
Not worth the money and ibis compared to other locations in India.
They require a passport to check in, which is not specified on their website 2 people in our party had passports, 2 had other government issues ID. We were denied check in late at night, turned away from the hotel and left to find our own last minute accommodation in the middle of the night. Then, also refused to refund our money as it had been pre paid. Worst hotel experience ever.

Dissatisfied with the hotel & manager - Neha
Very disappointed with the manager - Neha. She was rude, unhelpful, and uncooperative. Firstly, we had reserved 3 rooms for 3 couples much much in advance. But even then, at the time of check in, she took more than an hour to allot us rooms. When questioned about the delay and expressed our displeasure (since we had our aged parents with us too), she inturn started giving an earful to us only, saying that since we wanted rooms close by, it's taking long. But it should be presumed that we will need rooms close by since we made the reservation under the same reference ID and at the same time. And even after getting to the counter, it should not take an hour to give us the rooms.The rooms should be ready on their side. Also extremely unhhappy with the hotel policies. They don't even give basic items as complimentary and charge for it (eg: bathroom slippers which are literally available for free in every other hotel).
Overall stay and comfort was great , however a few suggestions as below:
1. Ala Carte breakfast items were not worth the cost.
2. Staff at checkin could do better with a smile and be a bit more courteous.
It was better than expected. Other reviews were all about how the rooms and the bathrooms are small, but trust me, it is sufficient for 2 people. The bathrooms are comfortable as well. Just they didn’t have thick walls separating the bathroom and the bedroom. The parkings are very small, if you have a SUV you’ll find it difficult to park there. Food was good. Staff was also compliant with our needs so kudos! Tip* order food from Zomato or something i felt their food prices are overpriced. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Everything went well.

The hotel as such was clean and observed all covid requirements for safety of guests.
However, very disappointed in the service by the staff members. Unprofessional.
I had made reservations on bed and breakfast basis for 4 persons (2 rooms). And while check in was informed that breakfast would be served in the room. But when my mom ordered breakfast (tea and toast), she had to pay 250/-. When confronted with the manager, all he could say is that they will look into the matter and make sure that the front desk person does not repeat this mistake. No question of refunding the 250/-, though had already paid 1000/- for breakfast with the room tariff.
Lastly, the quality of breakfast was below par. Most of the food that was being served was cold. Never had such a pathetic breakfast before. Waste of money.
