"Overall, my stay was excellent. I was traveling on business and spent a significant amount of time working from my room. The only issue I encountered was the lack of data and charging ports at the desk. As a result, I had to plug in my phone and other devices away from my workspace, which was somewhat inconvenient. Aside from that, the accommodations were comfortable, and I had a very positive experience."

"First of all, the staff were friendly and the property was clean...these are the most important things to me. This is an older property and it is evident everywhere. That doesn't matter that much to me except for the air conditioner. The older units they have in the rooms cannot keep up with the amount of humidity in the air. I suspect they have issues with iron theft because the iron was tethered to the ironing board, something I had never seen before. That was a minor inconvenience. Lastly, you can't take any food items out of the breakfast area. That was mildly annoying but not a deal breaker. The biggest issue was the air conditioner. The property had a lovely pool and was within walking distance to shops and restaurants."

"The hotel was in the middle of no where nothing around this hotel The hotel was very dated really needs an upgrade Had an issue with the bath tub drain, not working, water leaked from the shower onto the floor notified the front desk when we left to go out and asked them to clean it and supply additional towels as I had to use what we had for the floor. Got home nothing done not clean no additional towels provided tried calling the front desk phone not working went to the front desk and closed Terrible what if there was an emergency and we needed to call out? Rethink your decision to stay here"

"While the staff at the hotel, Bar Lines, and the Bongo Cafe were excellent and friendly, I slept terribly because the bed was so incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Let's face it, when you can't get a good night's sleep, it is a very early and miserable start to the morning. Thank goodness for excellent coffee at Bongo! Unless they replace the beds at Omni, I would not stay here again."

"Beautiful property and comfortable rooms! Loved the waterfalls and landscaping. Enjoyed the live music, the sports bar, and especially the view from our balcony room which A. D. convinced us to upgrade to! He was especially kind and helpful. Stayed one night, would like to see that parking is complimentary if you've booked a stay. I can see having to pay for parking if one is only visiting the property and not paying for overnight accommodations. Also, it was raining and we had to load our car in the rain. I propose making a drive-up area that patrons, especially overnight guests could drive their cars up and through for loading and unloading just as the valet has. I also want to commend our bartender, however it was his last day. Overall, a great stay!"
