GOOD AIR CONDITIONING COMFORTABLE BEDS, REMOTE CONTROL DIDN'T WORK WITH THE TV IN THE ROOM I HAD NOT ENOUGH LIGHTING IN THE ROOM OR ENOUGH WALL OUTLETS TO USE EITHER NOT ENOUGH PLACES TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT AT LIMITED TRANSPORTATION TOO HAD CITY BUS & UBER/LFYT OR WALK THAT'S IT, POOR LOCATION FOR A MOTEL, ROOMS ARE NOT WORTH WHAT THEY'RE RENTED FOR,THEY SHOULD BE CHEAPER, OFFER SPECIALS ETC.

There was no lobby. To check in, you go to a window and give your credit card through a drawer, like a drive-up bank teller. That says something about the neighborhood. The room was dark and unpleasant.

THE ROOM I WAS IN THE AIR CONDITIONING WOULDN'T STAY RUNNING,IT DIDN'T GET THE ROOM COOL AT ALL HARDLY KEPT SHUTTING OFF, RESET IT SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES BUT IT STILL KEPT SHUTTING OFF, DIDN'T COOL THE ROOM LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO DO,THEY HAD TWO MICROWAVES IN ROOM BUT ONLY ONE WORKED, DIDN'T HAVE ANY WASHCLOTHS IN THE ROOM THE TOWELS IN IT WERE DIRTY THE BED SHEETS WEREN'T VERY CLEAN EITHER, THE ROOM (#117) THAT I STAYED IN, DEFINITELY WASN'T WORTH THE PRICE I PAID FOR IT AT ALL WHATSOEVER BUT THEY WOULDN'T MOVE ME TO A DIFFERENT/BETTER ROOM, THE AIR CONDITIONING WORKED LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO DO,SAID WASN'T ANY AVAILABLE,DUE TO THE AIR CONDITIONING NOT COOLING THE ROOM LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO DO I DIDN'T GET MUCH REST CAUSE HAD TO RESET IT RESTART IT SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES THREW OUT THE NIGHT & EARLY MORNING,WAS DEFINITELY THE ABSOLUTE WORST STAY I'VE HAD AT THE HERMITAGE INN,IF YOU STAY THERE DON'T GET ROOMS #106, DOOR WON'T LOCK, #116, REMOTE WONT WORK WITH TV IN THE ROOM & VERY LOW WATER PRESSURE TOO, #117 AIR CONDITIONER DOESN'T COOL THE ROOM KEEPS SHUTTING OFF, ASK FOR OTHER ROOMS THAN THESE ALRIGHT IF NONE ARE AVAILABLE THEN GET A FULL REFUND &A FREE ROOM RENTAL AT A LATER TIME SO WHAT HAPPENED TO ME WON'T HAPPEN TO YOU OKAY, I'M GOING TO LET STAFF KNOW ABOUT AIR CONDITIONER IN THE ROOM I HAD SEE IF THEY'LL GIVE ME"A FREEROOMRENTAL",WHEN I WANNAUSE IT,SINCE I HADTODEALWITHTHEAIRCONDITIONERNOTWORKINGPROPERLY,KEPTSHUTTINGOFFNOTCOOLING THEROOM, I WAS IN ATALL
