This is a brand new hotel in midtown and so gorgeous and unique art work everywhere. The water refill stations were super convenient and a really nice amenity. The shower was incredible the bed was heavenly and staff were very kind. While broadway is about a 20 minute walk it’s still doable and only 8$ uber in slow times. A great stay and highly recommend.
Excellent room--clean, fresh, perfectly accessorized. Some extra accommodation of our needs were given. The staff are guest- and quality-focused. Best hotel workout room I've ever been in (can get a real workout in it). The cafe served us breakfasts of appeal and excellent food quality. The location: out of this world for West End Nashville walks and fun. Vandy and Centennial Park, not far. We walked easily.
Great value for the price.
I wish I could offer any room for improvement for this enterprise--my feeling is the staff would welcome it--but can't find any. It'll be my go-to hotel in that part of Nashville.
Our room was great and super clean. However, the staff at the front desk in the morning were rude and unprofessional. We extended our stay and needed to check back in and they called us at 9am. Check out is at 11 and check in is at 4. What was the rush to get my credit card number when I just stayed 3 nights without any problems. The female staff in the morning was very rude!!!! She snapped at my daughter telling her she gave her 2 keys when in fact she gave me 2 keys several hours prior. I will say the woman on the evening shift was amazing and very personable. I’m not sure I’ll stay there again.
There isn’t a single thing I would change. The staff was friendly. Check-in process was very simple. It was located within a short distance of everything we wanted to do while we were there.10/10
Valet easy but a little pricey. Walkable to restaurants and Vanderbilt University. Brand new hotel, great amenities, helpful staff and comfortable stay.
Beautiful hotel!
Staff: Awkward interaction checking in. Felt profiled and offended at assumptions about costs.
Parking: Through a valet service. That's nice when you're dining out or a night on the town. But it's really inconvenient for lodging.
Easily accessible. Good location to Vanderbilt University. Quiet. Valet parking only ($$$) but all electronic as far as payment, tipping, and requesting your car (I was in my room ready to walk out when I requested my car digitally and only waited outside about 30 seconds for it). If I were to see another concert at First Bank Stadium, I’d stay here again for sure (stadium is less than one mile away and is an easy/safe walk).
All was great. The only issue was the valet could not drive my manual transmission, but he was very nice, and we got it straightened out.

Disliked: Staff & service
Had to move rooms 3 times because the room air conditioners were broken. This is also not the first time this has happened to me at a newer Hilton property. Very inconvenient and disappointing.
