I really enjoyed my stay here. It was close to broadway and very clean. My only suggestion would be the lighting in the bathroom is not good. Being a woman and needing to put make-up on this was not good…but everything else was perfect.

Great location in downtown area with free parking. Walking distance to many attractions. Was an apartment setup. Very clean, quite, wonderful bedding. Full kitchen, washing machine, dryer. Everything you could possibly need.

Safe, clean and comfortable place to stay within walking distance to Broadway. I liked how it was close to the action but peaceful and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The price was also reasonable compared to the other hotels just a little bit closer.

Great location, close to Broadway, but yet just far enough away to have a little peace and quiet. There’s a grocery store a couple blocks away, which made it easier to be able to get the necessities. Very nice clean place to stay.

Walking Distance to everything

Hotel is clean. Bed is comfortable. Full mini kitchen. Large, clean bathroom and shower. Sofa was meh but its nashville so you won't be sitting around much. Would stay again

Love this place.

We always love staying here. It’s the best kept secret place to stay in Nashville. This is like our 4 th time staying there. it’s close to everything and parking is free. The rooms are clean and it’s an easy in and out off the highway. It’s comfortable and quiet. They now have an outdoor patio area which is cool.

Comfy bed and close parking, we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Black Swan Sobro Nashville. Location was great and close in proximity to places we wanted to visit. Parking was ABSOLUTE best of any place we have ever stayed, we parked right outside next to our room, and so convenient getting in and out. We felt completely safe. The room was clean, well stocked with pillows, blankets and linens, and the bed was comfortable, firm and we rested well. We will return when we visit Nashville again.

Great accommodations and free parking!

The property is super close to the Gulch and Broadway which made getting around very convenient! The fully stocked kitchen made it feel like staying in your very own apartment and the onsite free parking was also a huge bonus! The SoBro guest house was very comfortable and nicely decorated! We would definitely consider staying here again!
