I wish i had read the reviews. The cable was still out for the entire week i was there. The free wifi was absolute garbage. I even paid for the upgrade and there was really no difference. The staff was excellent when they were there, the office hours end at 4 during the week. Then the airplanes taking off every 3 minutes. They did call me before i checked in to let me know the cable was out but they didn't say it's been out for at least 2 months.

The manager was attentive to our needs and offered explanationscfor issues. Water leak had caused wifi outage. No TV and no Wifi. Discount offered. Locked doors form lobby. Front desk not covered 24 hours Long term residents in and out with dogs. Cheap furnishings. Highly not recommended for tourists.

This place was exactly what we were looking for on our family vacation. Pet friendly, very clean, everything worked properly, and the staff was extremely nice and helpful with anything we needed. Felt very safe the whole time we were there and there were tons of places very close by to go to eat and shop. It also isn't far from all the main attractions as well. This will be our go to hotel any time we go to Nashville for sure!
