"Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out. Ive been here for three days already without a functioning lock on my door. "

"The staff was great. The facility was good and breakfast yeah not so much. It wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t a whole lot of choices. Didn’t even have orange juice out. How can you have breakfast with us orange juice…lol"

"That is the first and last time we will ever stay there. Toilets are stained bath tub was stained. The sliding door to the balcony wouldn't close all the way. The outside windows were boarded upon most of the building they had to come and fix the tv. Worst condition ever."
