Beach Resorts in Nassau

"Needs improvement in the appearance of the hotel. The flooring in the room wasn't nice as well as the carpeting in the hallways. The bathtub finishing was peeling off. Lastly and most importantly the heat needed to be on or turned up! the pools were way too cold to enjoy, my kids went in I would of liked to enjoy a swim with them but I couldn't because it was way to cold. "

I do wish the inside snack shop was open later as well as the outside bar, I would have loved to sit there and enjoy music, pool and drinks in the evening but it didn't change my experience, overall 10/10. "Do not advertise rhat an airport shuttle is available if there is no shuttle service provided. Roon 210 has a bed with a hole in it. This is very uncomfortable. There arw small roaches running about in the bathroom and even one was seen in the dining area where the juices are"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay and the area was beautiful and was a spacious property. I think the room we stayed in was apart of an older building and seemed a little outdated; our room itself was clean and comfortable; however there was often food and drinks left in the hallway or staircase for the whole day which was unpleasant to see. Advertising of the property is a little misleading truly there are only three pools (one hidden way in the back) the other small pools are attached to people’s rooms. If you want a pool chair you have to basically wake up at 6AM & claim your spot or pay for a butler to secure you a spot, I feel like that could be regulated better. The welcoming staff & hosts were very friendly & helpful but when it came to the restaurant servers or bartenders they seemed overwhelmed, never in a hurry; and at times it felt like we annoyed them by just being there. They could do with expanding their fitness area it was very small and often crowded; if that is something you enjoy doing. Overall we would consider coming back if the price is right as it really is a beautiful location. "
