"The resort is very nice as far a the common grounds and the pools go. As far as the food they have some good options. The bedrooms are getting older and show wear and tear and started to look dirty. The staff is terrible, not courteous, kind, or helpful at all. The people at the restaurants, no greeting or help with reservations, can’t get anywhere unless you book reservations 1-2 weeks in advance and put a credit card down otherwise don’t plan on eating at some of the restaurants. They charge extra for chairs and cabanas. Even the pool towel attendants were just rude and not friendly. Most workers on the resort seemed to be either annoyed by tourists, don’t like their jobs, or just very disgruntled. Customer service isn’t applied at this resort. I would go back if we wouldn’t have do deal with the staff, lol. It’s expensive but that’s everywhere in the Bahamas. A good solid 2 out of 5."
