"We enjoyed 2 nights at Altiplanico prior to our trip to Torres del Paine. The room was great, including a view of the sound, with heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Restaurant food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. A short but scenic walk to downtown Puerto Natales along the water. Highly recommended! "

The building is impressive, the spaces are well-lit, comfortable, facilities are good, staff is super-helpful, the food is amazing, the rooms are spacious. "Very nice cozy room. It happened to be a great location for our Torres del Paine tour, as we were the last to be picked up in the morning and the first to be dropped off in the afternoon. The staff was especially polite and helpful. It looks like they are repainting the exterior, which must take a beating from the wind and rain."
