"Traditional Jaisalmer look of the hotel exterior, the safari tour recommended by the hotel was worth the trip and time. Ali and Mr. Gaji were very helpful and knowledgeable as was the entire staff in greeting us and making sure our stay was comfortable. "I stay 2 night in this hotel .very good location .big and clean room . wi-fi and Room service very good . "we stayed for 2-3 days at shahi palace and the staff was extremely helpful. They gave us good guidance for whatever we asked for. The location is good and everything was at a walking distance as described on their website.
