"Very nice property, beautiful views of the beach and lake from the property, nice garden area to sit and relax. Parking for two cars was really helpful. Truro and Falmouth were good places to visit. Trelissick Garden National Trust was also a good place to visit, especially if you are National trust members, the gardens there are beautiful. "

10/10 Excellent
"Staff extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Had a lovely stay, the bed had to be comfortable because I slept like a log. Internet access excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts. I can't thank the staff enough. Thank you so much for a lovely stay."
"The staff were very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to help you with your requests.
I would have given the hotel the full 5 stars on every single aspect but unfortunately, although the bathroom was clean, there were a lot of hair on the floor. The shower took a very long time to get to the right temperature and the water pressure was only a trickle. Hence low score. Sorry. My served breakfast was cold on day 1 but was nice and hot day 2."
"A wonderful stay in an historic hotel. The up and down steps (which cannot be avoided) with bags etc the only downside, but must add help with bags was offered!
Our room with a bay window overlooking the harbour was lovely. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower.

"This isn't a 5* hotel nor is it trying to be! A beautiful Inn, freshly renovated with a great vibe. The staff and food can be described as exceptional. I understand how the reviews are so good and I'm happy to add to them."
