"Beautiful, modern property completely remodeled very comfortable right off the highway. Alessia, the Front Desk checked us in prompt and professionally, and also made an incredible Recommendation to visit Sirolo and some restaurants in the area. Breakfast was also a wonderful. "I read some of the bad reviews that said this place was run down but I didn’t think it was that bad. It was 5 minutes from the Basilica and the location was great. The breakfast was good. There was no air conditioning but a fan was enough because it got a bit cooler. The only thing negative is that the bathroom is tiny. A plus sized person would not be able to sit on the toilet without hitting the sink . The hot water for the shower was not hot but warm. It was warm enough for a hot day. The Wi-Fi in the room did not work so I had to come to the lobby to use the Wi-Fi. "
