"When we came, the owner wishes us welcome with big smile and kindness. He helped us to get information for MotoGP. And he had time to talk every time we met. All staff was absolutely great. Always friendly and kind. For example they remembered what we like to have in afternoon and what kind of coffee we want in the morning. Makes us feel special. First, although the location is a little ways from the town center, the hotel is right on the #11 bus line, so you can make it to the train station in about 15 min. Also, it is just minutes from the airport, which is fantastic. The staff rocks, and the two ladies at the front desk were particularly helpful. All things considered, this hotel was a real gem"
