"The service at the Soramba was generally poor, ranging from having to constantly wait for service while staff talked to each other, and the woeful front desk, who promised a letter for me on three occasions, and, that aside, were generally disengaged.
Two exceptions were the cleaners, who were excellent, and one of the night managers, who was proactive and responsive."
