"This is the fourth time we have stayed overnight before an early morning flight. The staff were brilliant, the hotel very family friendly which was great for my 7 year old grand daughter, and was very comfortable. We will certainly be back."

"Everything was fine and the location of the hotel was just perfect. Close to the Leaning Tower and many nice restaurants around along with convenience stores. However, we were disappointed with the cleaning staff who knocked on our door and we said we need more time before she can clean the room, she was very upset and said nothing. That was way before the 11 am checkout time. This is terrible customer service and ruin the hotel reputation!"

"Great location, lovely beds. Room had lots of space for us as a family of 4. Shower and coffee machine not logical, plug points too small for our UK/EU adaptors which was odd but only a very small point. Would definitely stay again. Staff really helpful and provided all of the information we needed for our stay. Thank you!"

"Very nice hotel close to train station and all the main attractions are within a nice walk through a pedestrian area full of shops and restaurants Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, Breakfast was continental with a good choice , nice little outside area to sit and eat. Staff were friendly and helpful, would stay here again if back in the city"

"Great hostel. Super cheap. Perfect location for exploring Pisa and onward travels across Italy or back to the airport. Clean, practical and really nice, helpful staff. Great coffee too! The bed mattresses are a bit springy but comfy enough. Highly recommend for a cheap, local option."
