"Perfect mother daughter spa trip"

"Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice. Our first room ac/heater not working. Made howling noise. Staff asked “can you just deal with it.” Second room tv stopped working. Third room we had Hulu and Tv updated and were told tv doesn’t have Hulu or internet connection. Very old tvs. Whole place always smelt like marijuana. "

"Pros: Clean, large room facing the lake. Live entertainment on the weekend. Great local state parks for hiking. Cons: No scheduled housekeeping services, had to request clean towels. Half shower door made for a chilly shower until room warmed up. "

"They're in the middle of renovations, which is always awkward, but my room has afloat been done as was great! The breakfast was great except there was no drinking water offered! They were very nice about getting me some, but I've never seen a hotel breakfast without a pitcher of water available. Overall a very good stay."

"Absolutely disgusting experience. When we first pulled up to the hotel, I genuinely thought it was closed because the lobby was covered in dust and dirt and looked completely neglected. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. We checked in quickly because we were heading to a wrestling championship and didn’t have time to really inspect the room. When we came back later and looked around, the room was absolutely filthy. The floors and walls were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. To make matters worse, we found two live roaches in the room. At that point, we immediately packed up and left. I went straight to the front desk to check out and request a refund. The attendant, Dwayne, told me I had to contact Expedia. Expedia then made several attempts to reach the hotel for approval of the refund, but the hotel never responded to their calls or emails. It’s beyond unacceptable for a hotel to rent rooms that are this dirty and infested with roaches, and even worse that they refused to respond or take responsibility afterward. I am absolutely disgusted by this experience and the lack of accountability. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. No guest should have to deal with this."

"The heat did not work only blew out cold air. I ttied poeerting it off and it continued to run. I unpliggedniy for it to stop."
