"One bed was super squeaky at any movement. Did not appreciate that we had to pay $10 for a second car even though we booked as two occupants. Just because it was an event night? And it had to be cash. What if I hadn't been able to get in touch with my roommate? She had to go out of her way to get cash when I was able to contact her. Also, the bed covers are way too thin. Room was nice otherwise and a great location. Decent continental breakfast. Good amount of towels."

"The room was clean, and well supplied with appliances to make our own meals. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Highly recommend"

"I reserved 2 rooms and called ahead after. Asking if they could be arranged to be adjacent/next to each other. They said they would be. Upon check in I asked again and they said yes they are next to each other. But only 1 room was ready to check in. I checked in the first room. When I checked into the second room they had no idea what I was talking about and put my second room on a different floor. When I asked if I could recieve a coupon, discount or some reconciliation the front desk person said no, and was very aloof and not friendly. I asked for a manager, but they said a manager was not available. I gave them my phone number but never received a call back. Additionally the rooms need an update, the fixtures in both of our rooms were broken/jank Water park part was fun but I’ll be avoiding tundra lodge in the future, based on the fact they lied to us."

"Some improvements are needed....old carpet, screens in our room ripped, carpet in hallway dirty and feel almost sticky. Can hear every footsteps above you in our room. Breakfast had very limited choices. Does have workable waffle maker."
