"I booked through Hotels.com and arrived an hour or two later. They saw my booking but said they had given my room away due to walk-ins. They also said I should not have booked through a third-party because Hotels.com doesn’t know how many rooms are available (which both Hotels.com and the property have subsequently confirmed was not true). They gave a room to the lady behind me in line because she booked with Hyatt directly, even though that is against Hyatt policy. I had to scramble late at night to find alternate accommodations."
