"The location is excellent. If you are looking for super closeness to Sea World, it's great. Considering this hotel is in the "budget friendly" category it is disappointing they do not have free breakfast and shocking that they charge for parking. We have stayed at several other hotel chains similar in price and get free parking and breakfast. So this sadly, is a one and done for us. "

"The Place was right of the highway a bit left off the road near the Sea World. It is lined up with Texas Limestone and lots of Mesquite trees and ligthing. Went drove into the Round a bout and called for the Concierge. He came to greet us very quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. Place is full of wildlife running around and the rooms where very nice and comfortable. "

"I love this hotel and I love these people that run the hotel. They are truly family friendly down-to-earth. And can make anything right? The rooms of newly been remodeled, and they're quite a bit of regulars and long stay folk that reside here and make it feel very homey. I like the parking situation as it's safe and secure. They have security on-site and there's a little woodrows across the street, which makes it nice for going out for a drink. And you're really close to lock and terra utsa as well as almo ranch"

"The minute we walked in the room I knew I could not stay there. The smell was musty and old. We were on the ground floor and the window was so old it still had the latch that you could slide open. Facing the busy street that was a safety concern having a window that slides. The furniture was in terrible, old condition and the carpet was filthy. The bed skirt looked disgusting as did the outdated orange chair that was practically black with dirt. The bathroom was ridiculous as well. Moldy black grout and rust. I did not unpack but went and stayed at another place while my husband remained there as we had already paid for the room for 10 days. It was a terrible experience and expensive to pay for two different places. The pictures in no way depicted the room we were given. It really ruined our 10 day vacation."
