"Expedia did an horrible job. We came to check in and all of my reservations were wrong. I reserved two rooms with breakfast included and they said that I only paid for two people breakfast. Thanks the staff that was very helpful and everything works out "

"The room was ok but it better was based on the price. The pool however wasn’t! Having a pool with weather temp in the middle of a San Jose tower means no one will use it. It should be a warmed pool cause otherwise it is there for decor. "

"We booked a room here at the last minute after the hotel we originally booked had double booked our room and left us with nowhere to stay after some long flights. We were so pleased to be here, the hotel is immaculate and all the staff so friendly and welcoming. Scarlett who checked us in was particularly helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were the comfiest I have had at a hotel. The breakfast also really good and excellent value."

"Staff was amazing especially Bronnie who took the time to help us get connected to our tour guide. I would definitely recommend taking an Uber to the local downtown market which is about 10 minutes away. There’s plenty of reasonable souvenirs."
