"My son and I have stayed here twice. Both times the service was great, housekeeping wonderful. Having the bedroom separate from the kitchen/dining/living areas was great. A 24hr convenience store (OXXO) was just outside the front door, and a large grocery store was four blocks away. Overall, a great place to stay."

"The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people. The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that. The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. If the they don’t get back with you, which happened to us , then you will be waiting til late to gain access. "I loved the hotel. The staff were great, the attention to detail and to the guests was impecable. We were treated like royalty here. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Puebla. I loved the breakfast and the rooms were clean and spacious. You definitely get more than enough for the price.
