"Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice. "
"Die Umgebung der Unterkunft befand sich in einem älteren Stadtviertel, sicher kein kein typisches Ausflugsziel. Ein echter Pluspunkt war jedoch die Nähe zum Bahnhof – nur 7 bis 8 Minuten zu Fuß, und von dort war man im Handumdrehen im Zentrum von Potsdam.
Wir würden definitiv wieder in der Pension am Filmpark übernachten. Der Vermieter war äußerst entgegenkommend, denn wir sindviel zu früh zum Check-in angereist. Freundlicherweise konnten wir trotzdem unser Zimmer beziehen. Der Aufenthaltsraum...

"Nice spacious room, I especially like the desk which is big enough and has easy to reach power plug for working with my laptop (these days not a given in hotels!). Coffee machine, water boiler, and a small fridge. Wished there was bath tub."
"This was the 2nd time we have stayed here. Great hotel, staff and service.1st time, a few years ago when we were stranded for 72 hours because of severe winter weather.This time, in September, much better ! Easy walk from the Zoologische Garten station if you are coming from the airport on the S9. Inexpensive more frequent services and less prone than the intercity to cancellation Location of hotel for dancing at the "Metropol" is excllenent- 10 mins walk. Good restaurants nearby. We can recommend the SchnitzelHaus nearby- be warned to portions are HUGE... we look forward to our next visit !!"
"It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for transport being only a 7 mins walk to the Potsdamer Plaza with its multiple transport options. Most of the key attractions were within walking distance.
The only slight gripe was that we had to ask for extra sachets of coffee (2 sachets of normal coffee were provided. Overall it was good value for money for the 4day stay."
