"Reception was ok. On entering the room I could smell dog. A few minutes later my wife stood a piece of kibble. Told reception,in fairness they offered a room change but had already unpacked and was only there one night. Went for a drink at the bar in the evening. Staff didn't really seem interested ..."

"I reserved two no smoking rooms, they were in the back of the hotel. Walked in the first room smelled horrible with smoke and a big stain on the one bedspread (it may have been bleached, it was lighter in color). Walked into the second room and you could see a 3-4 inch hole burned into the bedspread ..."
