"It was different, but good different. Never stayed here but definitely would stay here again. The staff was great. The parking fills up fast they have overflow parking, but does require you to go across the street to get it validated. About an 5-10 min process if wanting to step out for the evening somewhere. Close to the boardwalk and beach. *****I Would highly recommend******"

"Beautiful Hotel/Resort. Everything was clean, actually immaculate. The views were stunning and we loved sitting out on our balcony and listening to the ocean, birds, and even sea lions. The pool and pool staff were great. We were there Wednesday through Friday (in August), and the amount of small children increased as we got closer to the weekend. Take from that what you want. I did not get the chance to enjoy the spa maybe next time. The location was perfect, in between the wharf and the boardwalk. This was an amazing and relaxing stay and we plan to return."

"Reception service was nice. Lobby and restaurant had lovely aesthetics. Room was modern and clean. Restaurant service was unorganized and slow. Food menu was decent though. Pool area was inviting but definitely need to change their pool chairs. The material makes them look super dirty. Yuk."

"This renovated property is across the street from the beach and a block from the Santa Cruz pier. It is blocks from the train that takes you to the redwoods. It couldn’t be any better of a location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for a visit."
