"Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows as well - and not enough of them. Blankets were very thin and poor quality. Not enough towels for all of us and the desk wasn't staffed long enough for us to even request more. The bathtub was missing the drain stopper so my kids couldn't take a bath. The TV was small and you couldn't stream from it to cast to it. "
