"Alba, the manager, was helpful in trying to deal with Expedia to help me obtain a refund for cancellation of 1 nite - Ill have to see still what the result is! (I cancelled several weeks ahead of my stay but Expedia, nor the property responded.). The entrance to the property was very modern & clean, but the room could have been cleaner. No clean coffee cups provided the second day. Would have liked small wash cloths too. Great location for mall & the .park! Staff helpful!"

"Hotel en construccion, tuve que pasar varios dias sin dormir bien ya que estan construyendo en la parte de arriba y no respetaron que hay huespedes durmiendo, asi mismo la recepcion queda sola por varias horas. Personal agradable, hotel muy distante del centro de Madrid, no es facil acceder al hotel."

"Breakfast was ok. Coffee was terrible. Front desk was very helpful, when my Usa electrical adapter did not work . They let use one for my entire stay. Disappointed that there was no mini fridge & no safe in room. As an american, I had to ask for wash clothes every day. And every day the maid service left my dirty used wash cloth either on the floor, counter, or bidet. It was like she purposely took them out of the wet towel and placed them in these spots. Why"
