"I really liked this place. The room was clean, basic, one person, large bed. What really makes this place worthwhile is the location. All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. Pas de solution apportée par l’équipe de l’hôtel, le fait de dire nous sommes désolés et des excuses n’apporte pas de solution et rend irritable le temps des vacances. Les vacances ont un coût, en payant un 4 étoiles nous n’imaginions pas avoir ce genre de soucis. Voyageant beaucoup dans l’année, je peux vous dire que cet établissement ne mérite pas 4 étoiles."
