"The host goes out of his way to make you feel at ease and answered questions we didn't even know we had. Restaurants and shopping are walking distance away and some amazing snorkelling and baby shark sightings out past that Maui jetty. Their garden is spectacular and all done by hand and Dee's brewed coffee is better than even Cafe Planet's up the road. 10/10 will try again . Thank you Ken and Dee :)"

"Our stay was amazing. The staff, facilities and location of the resort were perfect. The breakfast buffet was a highlight and the kids loved the pools. We will definitely be back."

"Our first night at urban sugar we sat and they didnt gave us drinks menu then we had to wait more than an hour for our food we ordered starter and mains but the starter and 1 main came and other took another 15 mins server said oh we messed up your order on some other table. It simply shows that they are very unorganized nobody knows who they are serving food was ok. Then next morning at Harvest we asked for a table outside apparently it was reserved they said but there was no signs. The buffet breakfast was really good had lots of healthy choices. Some FNB staffs have attitude not sure why only 1 person from FNB was very good JOJI I personally Tipped him for his Service. We paid upto 2k fjd to experience the place but it was not what we expected. Management needs to keep an eye on service staffs and train them. I have been working in hospitality sector for 15years now never in Fiji i experienced this kinda service. Porters Front desk a 10/10 Food 6/10 Service staff 2/10 Housekeeping 8/10"

"Overall experience was good, but it is not a 5stars resort, more like 3.5. We had a good time with the kids on the beach and pool. Older one enjoyed playing pool basketball and soccer on the lawn, kayaking and inflatable water park. Food definitely needs improvement, especially for the price point. Room was clean, but dated ( we spent all our time on the beach and was in the room only to sleep) so I didn’t mind it. Would we come back- yes! You just need to know what to expect."

"Close to airport so convenient, we stayed one night for that reason and then moved on. It served a purpose but we would have regretted taking a longer holiday here. Room was small, pool area busy and lots of children. For families probably perfect, but for a quiet relaxing stay - plenty more choices around Fiji, We found breakfast chaotic and noisy, wasn’t for us!"

"I think what makes this stay great is the attention the staff give to everyone and how welcoming they are. Would love to thank everyone for making this stay feel like home, but more in specifically Vriscila, Ana, Jese, Solo, Lita and Sam. One thing I also loved, is how great they are with kids and always have activities with the kids and that’s something I look forward to coming back when my wife and I have kids of our own."
